Youth Leadership Coach
Our seasonal positions involves more than just supervising children; it is an opportunity to invest deeply in the community and its kids. We support families holistically through love, learning, and leading. We engage children in after-school and summer programs, with a focus on spiritual growth, educational support, and community development.
We lead by example in all facets of their role, whether it is through teaching "Step" techniques or participating in family-focused events. The ability to creatively engage and adapt activities is crucial, as is the dedication to play and developmental games.
